At SHOEZ, we want you to love your new pair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your footwear within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
